Requirements to join the NCS Network as a Vendor: 

The following minimum requirements must be met if a vendor is to be considered for the Neighborhood Concierge Service™ network: 

At least one year in business
Provide three recent client references
Provide proof of licensing, insurance and bonding, if applicable to your profession
Provide current billing rates, which should be comparable to industry standards
Professional appearance, professional service vehicles and quality work
Provide a written statement of company policy regarding customer satisfaction,
     guarantees and problem resolution procedures
