How we select our Network Service Providers

The most common question you may ask when searching for a service company:

	Has this company been in business for awhile?
	Is the company licensed and qualified?
	Will the work be done in a timely fashion?
	Will I get a quality service or product?

The Neighborhood Concierge Service™ network is not the Yellow Pages, where anyone with a few dollars can advertise.  Our network service providers have been selected because they are highly qualified, trustworthy and have great customer service policies.

How can this service be free for homeowners?

Most service companies purchase advertising in local newspapers, yellow pages or send direct mailings without knowing if they will get a return on their investment.  The Neighborhood Concierge Service screens service companies to use with our Real Estate clients and now refer them directly to you.  In many cases we've also negotiated a 10% discount for you up-front and hope that you in turn will remember us and refer a friend when they have a need for a Realtor.

Why don't you have vendors in every category? 

We're very selective in the companies that we choose to refer to our neighbors.  We have used some services personally that we're just not comfortable referring to others, either because of their service or prices...  So if you have someone to recommend, such as Appliance Repair or Pest Control, we'd love to hear from you!

If you're out of town and need someone to mow your lawn or perform other maintenance around your home, we can arrange it!  If an emergency arises and you need something done on short notice... we can be reached by email and cell phone and will do our best to make arrangements.
